After a year-long hiatus I finally decided to go back and revive my blog :D

I've had serious privacy issues, and since blogspot did not offer any type of "friends lock" feature, I had to drop it for a while and just use my LiveJournal account.

But everything's fine now, and I'll be resuming using this blog. Sorry for those who tried to contact me through the tagboard and emails and stuff. ^^

The play went well yesterday, congrats to the whole R07 block! (^_^) We may not have won, but I know we're still winners. Thanks to everyone who poured everything out for this performance! nakakabilib talaga kayo!

Speaking of yesterday, when I went up the third floor of Gonzaga, everyone looked at me and commented on how I looked so distressed (jEn even took a picture, and I'm not sure what she plans to do with it). These next few days would be even more stresfull, that's for sure. Ganito na lang: Iisipin ko na makikita ko naman ang Simple Plan (and Avril Lavigne) sa March 31, at aatend naman ako ng mga gigs at concert ng Rivermaya sa April 16 (with Kitchie Nadal). Iniisip ko pa lang na-eexcite na ako!

Plug ko lang: Sabi ni Kuya Japs, may 1000 copies ng "You'll Be Safe Here" EP at ung album ni Kitchie Nadal na may free tickets sa concert nila sa 16. Though ang alam niya ata ay sa may bandang likod na ung seats. (ako papayag umupo sa likod? no way! kukuha na ako ng mas malapit na ticket! ubos na talaga pera ko nito... )

There are barely two weeks to go, and after that I'm no longer a college freshman. Time really flies so fast, it's as if I just finished taking the orientation seminar. Next thing I knew it, I've almost completed one academic year in the university.

We would be having our play this Friday, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. Three Lit14 classes (those under our professor, Sir Ron Darvin) would each deliver a one act play. It's supposed to be a contest, and honestly I really don't have any idea where my class stands. I don't have any clue as to what the other two blocks have been doing, but from what I hear, they're doing pretty good. We've had some petty arguments/misunderstandings because of the play, but since someone stood up and really fixed up things, hopefully everything would go smoothly for us.

Right now, we really don't care much about winning. We think we're already winners once we perform and do our best on stage. General rehearsals will run from 4:30 until 8:00 pm today, wish us luck!~

Once again, I've woken from my blogspot hibernation...

Everything seems to be piling down now that the semester is about to end once more. I don't even want to list them down, I just think I'll die if I see the chunk of work I need to accomplish within the next few weeks. We only have roughly 2 weeks to go before the second sem formally ends.

Advisement went by fine, I'm taking two subjects during the summer for advance classes: JSP 1 (Japanese) and Fil 14 (Panitikang Filipino). Total of 6 units. Hopefully the first sem of my second year wouldn't be as stressful and 'hazardous' for my health. ^^

Speaking of academic hazards, I became a part of the top 10 scorers of the 2nd Bi 7 long exam for lecture, and for lab too! Though, the scores aren't that high still. I doubt that would change. I'll give anything just so I could pass Bi 7, and I guess that's the wish of everyone who belongs in the same class as I do.

Last night, I went to the Sigma concert featuring Rivermaya and Spirit of '67. Rivermaya's performance was really awesome, kahit papaano napawi naman yung pagod ko from the past few days.... I got my poster and CD signed by all of them :) I'll post up some pics once I get everything straightened out.

I'll have to stop here, I still have tons of work to do. I have a new layout for this journal ready, but still no time to fix it. I don't want to stay online for too long, or else I won't be able to do anything else. nakaka-addict kasi ang net eh....

1. We had our 2nd Bi7 (Botany) exam last Wednesday, and it was "managable". I am sure I had passed the exam, now all I need to do is wait and see what grade I got for it. Same goes for the Bi 8 (Botany lab) exam.

2. Rivermaya won as Most Favorite Artist Philippines for this year's MTV Asia Awards!!! YAHOO!! They finally got the award!~ Congratulations to Kuya Rico and the rest of the band! Para sa akin, deserving talaga kayo!

3. Plugging/Campaigning: TO ALL ASEC MEMBERS: I'm currently running for the position of Assistant Vice President for the IER (International Exchange and Relations) Department of ASEC (Ateneo Student Exchange Council). Please do vote for me ^^ To view my platform, and the other candidate's platforms just head over to our ML or at the ASEC board (the one near the cafeteria). looking forward to something good

All I can say is that the past week had been quite bad for me, and I'm looking forward to this week. Hopefully, it'll be better than the one I had.

I've been stressed out with my performance in Botany. My friends know how much this has affected me the past few days, particularly last Friday. I'm just lucky that I have such good friends, who knows what would have happened if I was alone at Red Ribbon then. The issue about my parents has been resolved, though there are repercussions. But that's okay.

NSTP last Saturday was all messed up. They had changes made regarding the groupings and the monitors. Good thing that I am still teaching the original student I had. I absolutely adore her and am having no problems at all. Vany was not a part of a group who had other BB students, and we ended up having left her behind.

Midterm marks. We got them after our NSTP activity and it sucks. I already knew my Bi 7 grade so no shock there. What surprised me was my Lit14 grade. I was expecting I'll get a C+ or even a C, but I was given a B. But overall, my performance so far has been not that good. I've got to pull all of my grades up.

I surely hope that this week would be better. I'm looking forward to this week since I'll be getting some stuff from the mail, plus it's ASEC week and there are no long exams/midterms this week! *phew*

I'm being pathetic. That much I know.

Brooding about something is not a thing that I usually do. But now, I can't help but do it. Most people would tell me that it's just a grade, and I can always make up for it. If that were any other situation, I could just let it pass and do better next time. This time, there's something different. Our Bi 7 Midterm Advisory Grade is based only on our Long Exam grade, so whatever we got there, that'll be what would be reflected there. And getting a low grade there [in my case] would mean a series of sermons and oh yeah, my parents and I would get into a fight. That's what always happens.

Most of my friends know how much my parents value my academic performance. When I get a low grade, they get angry at me already. How much more if I get a failing grade? I made up my mind to tell them that I did get an "F" in my first Bi 7 exam, before they get the mailed copy of the advisory grade. Question is, how will I tell them?

I've been on hiatus for quite some time... and now I'm back to blogging here once again.

Too much stuff to do, that's basically the reason why I wasn't able to update my blog for like almost half a month already. I've posted occasionally some entries at my LJ, but my LJ entries are friends locked. If you would like me to add you as a friend in LJ, just leave a message at my tagboard or at my latest public post [I'm not sure what date that was].

I never really new what I bargained for when I got Botany as my NatSci. I thought I would enjoy it, and hell was I wrong. I am now regretting that I didn't take up Physics of even Chemistry. If I got any of those two, I don't think I'll be "struggling" like this. But I'm not just about to give up yet. I'm pretty sure that my midterm advisory grade in Botany would suck big time, but there's still enough time to pull it up. I'll just have to learn to make a lot more of sacrifices.

Our 2nd Math Long Exam was today. We had our make up class at Bellarmine 210, 1:30-3:00 pm. For the first time ever, I decided to cut Fil 12 with the others just to be able to review for it. We stayed in the library conference room from 11:30 till 1:10 pm studying [and doing some chit-chat in the long run] for it. The test was not as hard as we thought it would be, it wasn't anything like the problems that Dra. Vistro-Yu gave in the handouts. We actually had smiles in our faces after the exam. Hopefully the midterms next week would be the same.

I've started making a new layout during the break, but I never got around to finish it. So I'll stick with my Okada layout for a while until the next free time I get wherein I'll get the initiative to finish it or make a brand new one.

I finally brought up the topic of getting DSL again to my mom, and she told me that she's willing to think it over ^_^ But that'll have to wait until February, since we have our dial-up paid until February next year. //and I can't wait for it!//

In the meantime, Kei would be downloading stuff for me again. She's downloading some TeniMyu raws for me, and the 12/21/2004 episode of Gakkou he Ikou. She's also getting the MS Super Live 2004. She likes the MS Super Live too so there's no need to tell her to get it. Too bad that the Public MM Tracker is closed now, so we're relying only on the JpopSuki tracker, the Lucia tracker and the GLAY tracker.

A while ago my mom, sister and I went to Robinson's Metro East because we had to watch films for class. I invited Jho along to accompany me there. We have to watch 3 films out of the eight films that were showcased in the Metro Manila Film Festival, my sister was assigned to watch only 1 Film. I didn't like the film that she was watching so we (my mom, Jho and I) opted to watch "So Happy Together". At first the movie was something that you could consider as mababaw and pointless, but it'll pick up pace during the middle of the story. Jho and I had to control ourselves from laughing to hard at some scenes.

We were supposed to watch "Enteng Kabisote" but since there were no more seats there, we just went to the other film. I'll still be watching it tomorrow I think. I'm watching "Mano Po 3: My Love" tomorrow too. I just hope that there'll be less people watching tomorrow. The crowd todaw was really jam-packed. Today is a holiday afterall. People are done shopping, so they opt to watch the MMFF films. //After all, during this time you really can't watch any foreign film on any cinema//

My mom also bought the "Magic Sing" Karaoke microphone today. She's been asking my dad to buy it before, and now that my dad's okay with it she finally bought one and they've been singing inside my sister's room for the past 2 hours. //most of the time they're singing off-key, but I'm not telling them that. they know already // I don't mind karaoke singing, but I'd rather do other things like read or plain listen to my CDs.

Speaking of CDs, I managed to purchase two the past two days: one being that of Alicia Keys //The Diary of Alicia Keys// and a Love Song collection, songs done by Diane Warren for artists like Tony Braxton, Aerosmith, Edwin McCain and much more. pag nasesenti-mode ako, eto papakinggan ko! There are still a few CDs I'm after, but they can wait. ^_^

Last night I watched a concert aired in WOWOW, and I really didn't know for sure who the artist was, but I knew that I saw him before. I waited until the whole concert was over //I got curious because I loved the songs that he performed //, and I found out that it was a Naohito Fujiki live special! I've been trying to look through WinMX and Slsk for some of his songs, but so far I can't seem to find any at all! *sigh* I'm even considering purchasing a copy of his recent release album now. //that's how I loved his performance!//

Christmas was different this year. It was not as lively and cheerful as the previous years have been. No fireworks, not much houses have decorations/christmas lights around their houses. Even the malls have very minimal decorations this year. Even if you say that those are only superficial things, they do contribute a great deal to bring the "Christmas Spirit" here in the country.

Even the way my family celebrated the day this year was different. Not much change on the Father's side of the Family though. We eat lunch together, give each other gifts (not wrapped up gifts, but money) and then we're off. In my mother's side of the family it was quite dull too. The background music that was playing was enough to put me to sleep, and it was plain *boring* this year, even if Ate Sarah and Kuya Jun were there.

My mom said that since we're hosting the New Year dinner, the event should not be boring. She even made me and my sister prepare a program, and she's really gonna buy that Magic Sing Karaoke microphone. [Heck, she wanted to buy it since before, but my dad didn't like it then. But now he has no choice since my mom INSISTED on it].

I was surprised that my sister got me a gift this year (normally, I'm the only one who gives her a gift every Christmas). It was a journal made from Abaca fibers, she bought it from Grassroots. Out of all the journal notebooks I got before, this was the only thing I liked a lot that I started writing on it before I went to sleep early Christmas morning. (after the Noche Buena)

I would probabbly still be sleeping until now if our neighbors weren't blasting off sounds as early as 7:00 in the morning. And the sounds happened to be a medley of all the novelty songs we have over here (you know, songs by Sandara Park, Vhong Navarro and all those other artists). I tried to get back to sleep once they stopped doing it, but I couldn't so I just got up, ate breakfast and went online.

I slept late last night because of watching some movies we got on dvd. Let's see, I watched "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" (I was finally able to get a hold of my own copy!), "Mulan II", and "One Missed Call" (a horror flick starring Kou Shibasaki). I finshed at around 2:30 AM and was still planning to watch one more but I decided against it since my eyes feel strained already.

I got another email from Miyu telling me that she sent her Christmas gift to me already. And she sent me the cutest e-card! (^_^) It makes me feel a bit guilty because I haven't sent mine to her yet. I think I'll be able to do it on the 28th though. I was planning on sending it on the 27th but my mom told me something about it being declared as a holiday I think, so the Post Office might be closed.

Can't wait for Noche Buena later on!~ Gyuu!~

holiday break

Last Monday, my blockmates and I had a blast celebrating Nikki's 20th birthday at Robinson's Metro East in the morning, and at his house in Antipolo in the late afternoon. Not everyone in the block was able to make it, but at least most of us were there. We gave Nikki 2 SUN Cellular SIM Cards (1 for him and 1 for his girlfriend) as our block birthday gift for him. We still have yet to find a gift for Ramlo until now...

And btw: I was able to get my own SUN Cellular SIM too! If my blockmates and most of my other friends weren't using SUN, I wouldn't consider buying one. But it proves to be convenient (24/7 unlimited call and text messaging) and tipid!

I got an email from Miyu the other day and she told me about the new GLAY CD (a Ballad Selection) and the greatest hits album of BoA that would come out next year. I wasn't expecting it but she told me not to buy them anymore, since she would be the one to do so and give it to me as a gift. I was suprised not to see "Missing You", "Together" (though I really don't like the song that much, but hey, it is still a GLAY classic), and "Happiness"?! And I was shocked to see "Blue Jean" there! "Blue Jean" a ballad?! Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore the song, I just don't feel that it should be included here in this ballad best album.

I've got quite a lot of things lined up to accomplish over the break. And one of which includes studying for my exams next year. When we get back to school from the break, we'd be welcomed with Long Exams and Midterms. [Botany and Math 12] There were piles of homework from other subjects that we need to accomplish when we get back to school as well (research, reading assignments etc). I'm doing things bit by bit already so that I wouldn't have t cram at the very last minute, though procrastinating is very tempting. I have to double the efforts I exert: one for doing the task itself, and the other part is to fight laziness/dozing off.

But even if I have lots of things to do, I would still watch some of the things I want to watch! I have some Jdoramas and concert videos I borrowed from my friend, as well as J-movies and Korean movies too. Books (for leisure reading) to read and other things I actually like doing. (meaning things not imposed/not required to do)

Christmas is in a few days already! I hope everyone would enjoy the holidays! (^_^)

As part of our requirements in Lit14 class, Mr. Darvin (our professor) told us to invite at least three (3) people whom we know (outside of our block) to come and visit our Class Poetry Blog, Whirls of Ambiguity. We have posted there poems on Love, Life and Friendship and on Politics and Society. All were written by Filipino poets using the English language.

If you could visit the blog, read any one of the poems posted there, please do comment on the post. On each comment, please do write the following details along with it:
a) Comment/Reaction on the poem (it can be just short)
b) Your Name
c) Year and Course (if applicable= mention school, ex: I - AB Psychology, Ateneo de Manila University)

blogging early in the morning

Once again I'm typing up this entry inside the confines of the Ateneo CTC Computer Laboratory. Normally, I'd be having my lit class during this time but since Sir Darvin gave us a free cut today, we don't have to meet. My Eng12 groupmates and I (me, Loi, Jen and Ayee) just finished our AVP Presentation regarding our proposal on the issue of parking insid the Ateneo. If being sick yesterday (and still today) wasn't enough, then meeting the rudest person I have ever met this morning should be enough to say that my day didn't start right. My groupmates (plus our partner group) saw how much the guy irked me so much that I got pissed off so much. At least our presentation went well, and we're done with it. Now all that's left would be the 5-7 proposal paper itself. That's due on Friday, so we still have the whole week to finish it.

Since I am not feeling well today, I asked my dad to drive me to school. Technically I was still the one who drove the car but he brought the car home. My mom told me that she'll be the one to fetch me later at 12:30. If I was feeling well then I would have brought my own car. I still plan to go to the post office to check on a few things plus send out Christmas cards and gifts to my friends. Maybe I can do that when I get home. I'll just drive myself going to the post office (after all, it's just around five-seven minutes away).

I still have two classes to attend to: Bi 7 (Botany) at 10:30-11:30 and Fil 12 at 11:30-12:30pm. In a while I'll head over to the cafeteria and meet my blockmates there. They still have their lit classes during this time, so I guess I'll stick around here with Jen for a while before going :)

I had to go to school today for our NSTP Skills Training thing. But since I was hitching a ride with my dad (who had to bring my sister and her friends first to their practice), I had to get ready and leave the house 3 hours early. I was in Ateneo at 11:00 Am when the training was still at 1:00 pm. To kill time, I decided to study. I brought some of my books with me and spent my time at the library.

Using the library during the weekends is great. There were only a few people there, most of them are graduate studies students (people taking their MA's) and there were a few people in the photocopying machines too. I read some stuff for Botany, Filipino and Literature. I also borrowed two HEAVY books to use for Botany (both were included in Dr. Tolentino's References). It was a good thing I brought my jacket because it was freezing inside the library.

At around 12:35 I decided to go to Berchmans and wait for my other blockmates there. When I got there, no one was still around. After a while Leo and Yukari came, and we decided to wait for the others by the benches. Apparently a lot of my blockmates got sick over the week. First it was me, then all of a sudden Ramlo and Leo got sick too. Ramlo and I are not attending Audrey's debut. I really do feel bad about not being able to go, but I really can't. I still have to go to school tomorrow for the PE 101 activity so I have to reserve my strength for it. I just gave my gift and the short "speech" I was supposed to say to Vany. She'll proxy for me as a part of the 18 treasures. I was supposed to host the party along with Joboy, but I had to warn Audrey so Leo would be taking my place. But now, Leo's also sick and her voice is kind of hoarse. I'm not sure then if she would still be the host or another one would be willing enough to replace her at such short notice.

My mom fetched me at exactly 3:00 pm and she saw how distraught I looked, and told me not to attend the debut anymore. I was supposed to give Jho a ride on the way home, so I called her up and told her that I don't think I can go. I was hoping my mom can change her mind about it. But my mom didn't :( We just ate at Shakey's before fetching my sister and her friend. After eating, we went to National Bookstore and I decided to buy books. It's been quite a while since I bought a book I can read for leisure. I decided to buy two novels, classic novels at that. I got "The Scarlet Letter" by Nathaniel Hawthorne and "Great Expectations" by Charles Dickens. I'll read those during the Christmas break.

Tomorrow would be very hectic and tiresome for me. In the morning I'll have to be in Ateneo for the PE 101 activity. Then I'll go home, and leave again at 2:00pm for my sister's 3-in-1 family encounter activity in her school. [I can't say no since she went to my 3-in-1 encounter when I was in fourth year high school] And we still have to work on our Eng12 paper. We're presenting on Monday already, so we have to finish it by that time. Just looking at my "Things to do" list stresses me out already. But there'll definitely be a way on how I can manage to do all of these. I've been in tighter situations before, so there's no reason why I can't go through this one. (^_^)

poetry blog up!~ + other things...

For those who are interested, our Lit14 block has a poetry blog! Click here to go there. It's part of our course requirements (as Sir Darvin stated in his course syllabus). Basically we need to post a Romantic Poem by tomorrow and a Political Poem by Monday. Both of which should be in English, and were written by Filipino poets. I've read what my other blockmates posted and the selection's good :) If you have the time to spare, do read some of the poems posted there.

Oh, and I like what Jen and Niki named/captioned the blog. "into the whirls of Ambiguity". Not to mention the part: "Block R07: Nerudas in the Making" LOL. I had to laugh at that :) [Nice one guys!~]

I've been basically running around all day doing all the things I need to accomplish. I had to get the Ma12 handouts photocopied for the whole class, I had to find poems to post in the Poetry blog, I had to get my project proposal signed too. I also had to go to OAS and confirm the venue for our Proposal Presentation on Monday. And of course, I still had my PE 101 and Ma12 classes to attend.

Right now I'm trying to read through some references for Botany. After doing which I plan to sleep by 9pm. FYI: I'm still sick, and I haven't fully recovered from the fever I had a few days ago. I don't think I'll be able to get rid of it by this week, so I'm just taking things a bit slow. That way I can get things done and I won't aggravate my condition too. Ji-soo has been kind enough to help me carry around my things a while ago too :)

I've managed to rest the whole day yesterday but I'm still feeling kinda weak. But I'm sure that I can go to school tomorrow. I've had enough time staying at home anyway. Plus I do miss my blockmates! It was fun talking to Leo last night, ranting about things that make us happy and things that piss me off (I don't want to say it here, if you're interested to know just ask me and I'll tell you. Or better yet, you can ask Leo).

I've been meaning to fix my plans for Saturday, because there are tons of things that would be happening on that day!

1. Audrey's debut
2. NSTP day
3. Family thing (since my cousin just came back from the states)

My mom did tell me that I might skip Audrey's debut if I don't get better by Friday. (You know how I am and what I do when I get sick right?). I can't miss NSTP, and my mom won't let me miss the family reunion thing happening as well. STUDYING during Saturday is definitely out of the question. We have no Bi 7 and Fil 12 classes today, and I'm still supposed to have my Eng 12 and Lit 14 classes today. But for the first time ever, I decided to cut them for today. I really do feel like crap right now. I guess it was about time that I got sick *again* anyway. I wasn't really feeling well yesterday already (James even pointed out that I was running a fever during Lit class, and I had to go back to my car to grab my jacket because I was already starting to freeze in class). During the afternoon I felt alright that I still had invited Jho and Patis over (just to hang out), but when I started watching "SPIRITS" (you know, the teledrama/serye marathon ABS-CBN has every night) my sickness finally caught up with me. I slept at around 9pm, and woke up still feeling sick.

So sorry Jen and Ayee that I had to leave you guys alone for our mock presentations today. If I really could go to school you know I would (alam nyo naman na kahit may sakit ako pumapasok ako madalas, pero ngayon hindi ko na talaga kinaya...pasensya na!*bows*...bawi na lang ako next time!) If you need me to work on something specific for our proposal papers just let me know and I'll do it. As for the venue, I'll be confirming some venues but I don't think we can use the Escaler Hall for the presentation.

I forgot to update my blog last Sunday and Monday. Well I was planning to post an entry yesterday but I was too drained to even open my PC, let alone to type up an entry. Nothing really happened that much over the two days. Oh, there was something. For the first time ever, we felt that we were Botany students. We had a very sensible and comprehensive discussion yesterday during our Bi 7 class. She's rushing everything now in time for our LE#1 next week. I'm happy about it, at least we're really learning something related to the subject.

My agenda for today: I'll just probabbly rest. I think I need it. If I'm feeling better later on, I'll start working on things for school... Resting while watching some V6 stuff probabbly. :)

di ko 'lam kung sadyang minamalas lang talaga ako...

Out of all the days I've had no school, I just had to get sick TODAY! I mean, I could have gotten sick either Thursday, Friday or even tomorrow Sunday and I wouldn't care that much. But not today... kung kelan may binabalak ako tska pa ako magkakasakit...pambihira talaga!. Right now I'm trying to rest and hope that I would feel better later this afternoon. At least well enough to watch Rivermaya at Big R.

It's really frustrating. That's the only thing I've been looking forward to the whole week and then there's this big chance that I won't be able to go to it. :(

Life can really be crappy at times *nods*. And there's really nothing you can do about it.

no classes again

While watching TV Patrol World last night, I was able to hear that PGMA declared that there won't be any classes today anymore (from elemetary to college), as a precaution to the possible aftermath of the typhoon.

The typhoon was quite strong. The rains were okay, but the winds were strong. At least it's going out of the country as of now, and there's no more threat for another typhoon coming our way for now. We had no electricity for some part of night yesterday. It was restored at around 10:30 PM (at least for my place). Weather has started to clear up about an hour ago. The sun is shining once again but the clouds are still dark and heavy.

No Regular Classes today.
No NSTP Orientation today.
No Ma12 make up class today.
No First Year Council GA and Dinner today.
No NSTP Skills Orientation tomorrow.
All are postponed for next week.

I'm not looking forward with the load we will get next week. Surely, there would be a whole lot of things to be thrown at us to work on in all the subjects that we missed. And there won't be any classes on Wednesday too, in observance of the Feast of the Immaculate Concepcion. Let's brace ourselves for it...

worries (and other stuff)

Gyah, now I could clearly see and feel the typhoon approaching. The rain's not that strong, but the wind speed is. I'm not sure if there are classes tomorrow or not, since like I said, it's getting to be unpredictable.

One thing I'm worried about: My rosemary plant!
Yup, my herb plant for botany... exposed in the storm. It's placed at the open garden at the SEC B building. I could almost picture my plant drowning because of the rain. :( There is a consolation though, and something that make my plant survive. Rosemary plant tend to thrive on extreme climate/environment conditions so I have read on the net and a book I borrowed. *keeps her fingers crossed*.

At least our NSTP orientations tomorrow and on Saturday were postponed to next week. The problem is, that would be the same day for Audrey's debut. I'm not sure how the heck I'm gonna handle that one yet. I don't go by the bahala na way out. I need to figure out a way on how I could attend the skills training, get myself fixed up and attend her debut.

I hope the rain dies down by Saturday, and that Rivermaya would push through with their performace at Metro East. *keeps her other fingers crossed for it*.

So it was kind of expected that classes would be suspended today due to the threat of the super typhoon "Yoyong". Actually we were amazed that CHED announced it earlier now, unlike before that a whole lot of students were already stranded inside the school when they announced the suspension. I guess they were just trying to avoid the same scenario to happen again. It's not raining that hard yet actually here but Typhoon Storm Signal # 2 has been raised in Metro Manila already. This storm's gonna be strong, as Signal # 4 has been raised in Catanduanes Island already in the Bicol Region. And it's expected to hit the Aurora province either tonight or early morning tomorrow.

Watching the news, it was then mentioned that the wind speeds has been raised from 175kph to almost 220kph. And it might either increase further or decrease and deteriorate once it hits land in the main island of Luzon. *crosses fingers and hopes for the latter*. The projected path is no longer the area of Quezon primarily, but it would still affect those areas. Leo, Yukari, Vany and I were talking about this typhoon at Y!M last night. We wanted it to rain so that there won't be any more classes today (since we only have PE... our Ma12 prof had something to do so she gave us a free cut). But we didn't want it to rain because we were thinking about the other people who would get affected by it. We didn't talk about it for long though, we just babbled about how "love is in the air" for Block BB. LOL. Then Joboy joined us in the conference and we talked about Audrey's debut. Apparently Joboy and I would be hosting the event for her. We talked about it for a while (Joboy suggested that we bring Nitrogen gas//laughing gas so that we'll remain lively throughout the nihgt) and everyone had to go offline already.

So now I'm at home, and I plan to make the most out of my "free day" today. Going out would be out of the question, as the weather's been unpredictable here. I'll probabbly just go over a few notes, finish some other requirements and sleep. [I think I need loads of those...]

a VERY gloomy day

It's been raining the whole day, and I'm wondering if there would be classes tomorrow. But I'm kinda hoping there would be. I don't want to postponed the Ma12 Long Exam anymore. But with how the weather is fairing right now, it's hard to tell. There's no way I'm driving at this kind of weather. One thing is it would be hard, and the other one is that most roads leading from Ateneo to my house would be flooded, and I won't even think about getting through it with my car. It's impossible I'm telling you.

I've read some of my friends' entries regarding Yukari's birthday last Saturday. Sayang talaga at maaga pa akong umalis, may action pa sana akong nakita...^_^. I'm just happy that she was able to have fun during her debut. And I know my blockmates had fun too :)

What have I been doing the past few days? Basically I've been dwelling on my academics. I've been working on some papers I need to submit, reading for my NatSci and studying for my Ma12 exam. I'm still actually studying for it as I type up this entry :) I'm almost done anyway. I'm actually finding myself thanking my fourth year math classes, because I found out that not everyone had this lesson on Matrices during their high school. I could still remember my Algebra classes with Sir Uy and how we had headaches on trying to solve the problems on it. ^^ Hindi ko na nga maintindihan ung mga notes ko nung 4th year, magulo kasi, puro bura pa. Hindi pa ako masyadong OC nun compared ngayong first year college na.

Last Thursday, some of my blockmates and I went to the Power Plant Mall, since we roughly had 8 hours to kill before the start of the Lam-Ang play. We were supposed to go and watch a movie, but we decided against it when we saw the schedules of the movies. Maalangan kami sa orase eh. We just ate a late lunch at TokyoTokyo, had our studio picture taken at Kodak, killed time at PowerStation, did some shopping and went back to AdMU.

On our way back, grabe! major adventure talaga!. We had trouble on our way back because we missed one of the U-Turn slots so that we could go and take EDSA. We then decided to take C-5 road, but it was traffic. [Take note=transport strike, no color coding scheme]. By 6 pm we were able to get to Eastwood, and first plan was to pass by Riverbanks. But again, it was traffic so Ramlo decided to pass by Greenmeadows and Project 4 (Yukari's the best when it comes to directions! :)Those who were riding inside Leo's car took another route. We were able to get back at Ateneo by 6:40 pm and the others at around 6:55pm. Show starts at 7:00pm (^_^)Good thing we left Rockwell as early as 5pm.. Nikki was already getting worried that we won't be able to make it and that we won't get good seats. But we were able to! :)

I was at Yukari's 18th birthday party last night at the Blue Onion. She didn't know that her family and friends prepared a program for her. All she knew was that she was just going to have a simple party :) We could tell that she was really surprised. I didn't stay long enough to finish it, because I knew my mom was already tired. I was getting tired myself, because I've had quite a long week and I need all the rest I can get from this three day weekend.

This year and next year will be filled with debuts of my friends. This year I attended Erys', Leo's, Yukari's and I also had mine last August. Audrey would be having her debut next week too. There would still be more people who would have theirs next year. No wonder I always run out of money... ^^''. When I attend a debut I usually become a part of the "18 treasures", so the gift I get for the debutant should be extra special :)

Yup, there won't be any classes tomorrow. Actually, the real date of the holiday would still be on the 30th. But it was declared that the celebration moved on the 29th so that it would be a long weekend for everyone. [I could sleep all I want then!]

I was looking for a picture I had of my blockmates when I stumbled upon ONELOVE's retreat pictures (the one Father Edwin emailed me after our retreat) in Baguio. Grabe, I really do miss you guys! I am looking forward to our reunion this December :) I really do hope a lot will go, the last time I heard from Raizel, only about half of our class has confirmed that they would be going.

What else happened... ah yes! The FYC (First Year Council) Web Team had our first sit down meeting at the Zen Gardens last Wednesday. It really wasn't a meeting wherein we were able to discuss the intricacies of our function as a part of the council, Bobbie just briefed us up with what we are supposed to do and what projects we might have during the academic year. Thanks Nikki for inviting me to be a part of it!

I plan to finish all the things I need to do for school today so that I could focus studying for our Ma12 long exam on Tuesday. So far, here are the things I was able to do:
1. Bi 7 paper - done!
2. Fil 12 paper - almost done (halfway there)
3. Readings for Lit 14 - not yet done
4. Study for Ma 12 - not yet started
After all of those are done, then I'll do this as well:
5. Update ASEC Project [Japanese eXchange Program]

I've got a long week ahead of me again, so I need to get organized so that I won't end up being sabog. Saturday is something to look forward to, because Rivermaya would be performing at Robinson's Metro East! Kitchie Nadal performed yesterday, and if it wasn't Yukari's debut, I would have watched :) I'll be inviting some of my friends to go with me and my sister, but if no one will, we'll still go! (Kaye = huge Rivermaya fan!)

I'm typing this entry inside the Ateneo CTC Computer Lab once more, with Leo at my side and Allan at another computer near ours. I was supposed to update again last night but Blogger was acting up again on me last night that I wasn't able to do so.

Anyway, before we went to bed my mom gave us the Meninggo (? spelling) vaccine. She gave us a shot before but she told us that the shot had to be repeated again. I guess she finally remembered now that there has been the Meningococcemia (? spelling) scare in some parts of the country. We told her that she herself (and my dad, and Ate Marissa too) because they could be more exposed to the virus. After all, they are working inside the clinic and hospital. She just told us that right now that the vaccines are currently out of stock and it might take time before they can get more.

I knew that the shot wouldn't be so painful. But I was wrong. The time after the shot was given was the most painful thing! I couldn't sleep properly and my left arm (that was where I decided to have the shot) was so much in pain that I can hardly move it! I had it rested on two pillows, and moving was really painful. Good thing the pain died down a bit, and that I can move it more.

Since it is a Tuesday, my dad decided to drop me off instead of me driving to Ateneo. Finding parking space after 9:00 AM is really a problem. My mom would just fetch me at 4:30 pm after my Ma12 class. There's this SOM Fair going on, and there are food stalls and bazaars infront of the SEC, CTC and JGSOM building. Yay! New food selection for the week. I guess we won't be eating inside the caf for a while (^_^)

And speaking of class, my PE 101 class starts soon, and I'd better head to the covered courts and prepare for our report :) It is quite a long walk from here after all...

Heh. I slept at 8:30 pm last night, and I just woke up now :) I *love* my sleep!!

Bonding time with my mom and younger sister yesterday. After going to mass, we went to SM Megamall to continue Christmas Shopping. We were there around 45 minutes before the mall opened, so my mom treated us at Starbuck while waiting. I had my usual order of Vanilla frap and Belgian waffle with caramel syrup (^_^)!!!

I also bought a gift for Yukari, since she'll be having her 18th birthday party soon. She told me and the rest of the block that she'll be having it at the Blue Onion, and she won't have the formal kind of debut. I already asked permission from my mom and she said it's okay and she can bring me there. Hah, she knows I won't splurge myself with drinks anyway, since I'm HIGHLY allergic to alcohol. To give you an idea, I develop rashes when I eat fruit cake or any kind of food with wine as an ingredient. Aside from that, my mom bought me some new clothes too.

Jonathan sent me an SMS message regarding some stuff on our project proposal. (Sorry Jonathan! I promise to get it done and over with soon! I'm just waiting for Jason to finish with the proposal itself). And he told me that he and Joboy share the same Theology class! Hahaha.. He asked me some stuff about Cong and his band, if they're willing to perform for the ASEC Jive too. He asked if we could meet him this week, but I'm not sure if that's possible. Cong's been pretty much busy the whole year, and his schedule seems unpredictable. But then again, he did have time to spare for Block BB during the dinner and Leo's debut. I'll have to talk to him then either today or tomorrow.

This week will be pretty much light in a way. I only have 2 classes during T-Th [PE 101 and Math 12], and there won't be any Bi 7 lecture this week (Dra. Tolentino will be out again), and Friday is ACP day!~ No regular classes, but we still need to go to school to attend our alternative classes. My ACP class is only from 2-4 pm, it's a talk with Senator Mar Roxas at the Escaler Hall. My mom offered to drive me there and fetch me, since parking might be a problem during that time. ^^''

Now I have to study!~ Doing some advance reading for Bi 7 and Math 12, and researching for our PE 101 report!

I would have updated sooner but blogger was acting up all weird the last few times I tried. Anyway ^^...

Nothing much "exciting" has happened in school right now. Though there are a lot of things to do already, like the Project Proposal (final draft) for ASEC, a paper due on Friday for Botany class. Basically those are the two things that we've been asked to do that should take up most of our time the next few days. Nothing too stressing....at least NOT YET.

Oh, and I got two papers from my Fil 11 class (the class I had last semester), and Dra. Santos gave me a B+ for the paper I passed about the novel we read ["Sugat ng Alaala" by Lazaro Francisco], and an A for one of the tests she gave. In her standards, that's really great :) I'm just happy that my performance in the subject improved. I know it's kind of embarrasing to admit that you're not doing so well in the subject that concerns your national language.

And speaking of Filipino, there's only one way to describe the class we had a while ago: LAUGH TRIP to the MAX!! He had a pop quiz, but it didn't really concern academics. He asked a bunch of stuff regarding places inside the Ateneo, how do you call certain body parts in Filipino (ie. ankle) and some other things too. He just used it as an introduction to the whole Fil12 course and to get his points across, he didn't record the quiz anyway. It was fun though. (^_^)

I found out that there won't be any regular classes on the 19th and the 20th to give way to the ACP, and I thought I could go to our high school fair then in the afternoon but my ACP class was moved from 2:00-4:00 pm on Friday, so I can't go. I'll make it to the variety show most probabbly. I'll see if I can also go on the Saturday fair day.

Right now I am here inside the Ateneo CTC Computer Laboratory. I have an NSTP Orientation to attend to at 1-2 pm in the same building. I'm about an hour early to attend because my dad and mom still needs to go to UST and be there for an appointment by 1:30. Apparently they're gonna be taking a stress test in the UST Hospital. I really don't know what is done in a stress test, so... ^^ I'll be hitching a ride with Jho to go home. I still don't have my car till now, and there are currently some problems with the Ford branch in EDSA. (Long story, will post it some other time...)

Yesterday morning I had the time to chat with Sybil, and we just updated ourselves with what's happening to us and the people we know. She told me she'll be getting ES10 this semester, so I offered her my lecture handouts so she won't need to buy anymore. She told me she's scouting for the calculus book needed for Math19. The high school calculus book we have is not the same book used by Math19, but it is used by Ma21 students (Management Engineering students to be exact). Don't worry Sybs, will help you find one! (^_^) I was also surprised to see Jonathan that early in the morning. His class starts at 8:30 still but he had to be there early because his car is banned for the day (plate number of his vehicle ends at 9 or 0, which is banned on Fridays)

I had Botany again yesterday and it seemed that I jumped into conclusions when I said that I'm not gonna like my NatSci class this semester. At least that is for the lecture part, still don't know about the lab. Vany and I would be group mates for the special project Dra. Tolentino's talking about, so I guess that'll be okay. At least I know someone from my group.

Ack! It seems I can't check my Gmail account from this computer lab, apparently because of some browser requirements. Oh well, I'll just check it when I get home at around 2:30 pm or so. I still need to accomplish some things, like buy cellphone load and get some readings from the Rizal Library. [it's official: the second semester of my freshman college year has begun!]

school again

The 2nd Sem officially began today, and I could say that things went well for me in general. Just read on. (^_^)

English 12 was our first class, and Mr. Cayanan was still our prof (happy about that)! He just gave us the course syllabus, arranged our groupings for the proposal paper we would do within 5 weeks, oriented us with the course and gave us our homework. He left 30 minutes before the bell rang for the next class, so everyone had their chance to chat with each other. I just spent the time talking with Jen and Nikki about some things :)

Lit 14 came, and we finally met Mr. Ron Darvin, our new professor for the class. He seems to be nice, at least that was the impression I got from him during our first meeting a while ago. I'm still the beadle for the class btw. ^^

This is where things get a little bit... should I say "sucky" [from the words of Sir Mark!]. I knew that Mr. Arboleda wasn't gonna be our professor in Botany, and it would be someone by the name of Ms. Tolentino. We met her during class a while ago, and I don't think everyone really *liked* her. I'll have to admit that she's quite boring, (I had to fight my urge to rest my head in the arm rest of my chair and fall asleep while she was busy talking about the course syllabus) but then again we still haven't had our first "formal" session with her. I hear a lot of people joking about having a load rev and shift to another subject, like Chemistry or Physics for instance.

I didn't expect that my Filipino 12 class would be great. We have Mr. Ariel Diccion as our professor, and he's pretty cool. We all thougth at first that he was the "serious type" of a professor since he looked pretty much stern when we all came inside. When he started calling out our names for attendance, we proved ourselves wrong. He was witty, "cheerful" and "gay". (Yup, he is!) And he gave Friday as a free cut! (According to him, he had to go back to the province for a family matter).

Botany Lab was okay, though I couldn't help but miss Dr. Claveria's class. What I don't like about the Botany laboratory was the set-up, the tables weren't that good because they were formed like cubicles, so we had to bend down and peep through the center in order to see our professor and whatever she was doing in the blackboard. And she's a bit boring too. She dismissed us early because we still didn't have our lab manuals, so there wasn't really anything we could accomplish.

I bought my books from the ORP already, and I still need to get some references for Botany. I'll be spending a lot for it, because unlike ES10 that prepared a set of handouts already, we'll be the one to select what we would use. Yayaman nanaman ang mga xerox machines sa may AdMU!

I'm happy to see my blockmates again though, and to find out that Ces and I share our Filipino 12 class! Finally :) I hope that I'll get to share a class with my old classmates more in the future too, like Erys or Sybil :)

I just came back from grocery shopping with my mom, and when I opened up my Y!Messenger, Ayee told me that we have a new prof for Lit 14. It won't be Ms. Sideco anymore, and it's a guy. I went to the AdMU page to check, and our new prof would be Mr. Ronald Darvin. I knew the name sounded familiar, so I asked my friends Ji-soo and Yukari if he was their prof in Eng01. I kinda remembered asking Ji-soo who his professor was, and he mentioned "Darvin". I just couldn't be sure enough. According to Yukari, he's nice and okay. I'll be looking forward to meet him then. But surely, I'll be missing Ms. Sideco ^^

I knew I shouldn't have gone grocery shopping with my mom today. I felt sick when I left the house, but now I feel much worse. But not bad enough from keeping me from going to school tomorrow. Luckily, I still don't have to drive by myself so I won't be too drained. I'm not running a fever anyway, so I can go :)

We didn't get to go to the cemetery again today too btw. Since it wasn't declared a holiday anymore, (even if it was the previous years) my dad had to go to work. I just asked him to send my stuff to the post office, since he'll be going to the area anyway. I don't want to drive the X-Trail too, I'm not used to bring it around yet.

Oh well. I need to fix my school bag for tomorrow :) I'm gonna miss being "idle" ^_^

I go back to school tomorrow already. I still don't want to go back ^^. But I'm quite surprised with one thing, the first sem break went by like a breeze. There wasn't any point in time when I saw me killing myself with tons of thing, except of course for my debut and the Japanese Exchange Students I had to take care of. But even those things caused me much more *unwanted* stress, I'll admit that I had fun doing those.

There are also good things that make me want to go to school:
1. I can do something aside from using the PC all day
2. I'll have money again! (allowance!)
3. I can drive my car again (though this will have to wait for a while)
4. I'll see my friends often, meaning we can go out more too.

I like my schedule as a whole, but the only thing I don't like about it is that I'll be waking up as early as 4:45 AM every MWF, leave the house at 5:45, then get to Ateneo at around 6:10 AM. My first class starts at 7:30 AM! I have to sacrifice time because I don't want to get caught in the Katipunan traffic. And what do I do to kill time? I sometime study, read a book, bring a discman with me and just listen to music, chat with my English blockmates (James and I both arrive early anyway) or eat.

The thing I'll probabbly miss most about vacation is the fact that I can use my PC whenever I want. But when I get a laptop, then I can also use it and update more, even when I'm in school. My dad's looking on to get me one for Christmas, and my mom has nothing against it. I'll just have to maintain my grades etc, you know, the usual conditions. ^^

Okay, with two days before school resumes, that's the time I get sick. I have colds and a sore throat (a very sore one for that matter). Because of that, I'm having this splitting headache that I can't stare at the computer screen for more than 2 minutes straight, must close my eyes or the pain will go stronger.

Since I can't work on anything else here, I just watched some old dramas I have. I decided to watch "Antique", and I realized that I really miss watching Jdramas!~ I didn't go through all the episodes, I just went through the ones I knew I liked (Tackey did a good performance there) and moved on to watch Mukudono! again. If I can't go to sleep later, I'll either watch "Narita Rikon" or "Good Luck". ^^

We weren't able to go to the cemetery like what my dad planned earier yesterday, my mom and dad were to tired to go. So we're gonna go later afternoon. *sigh* I just saw on TV the big crowd of people rushing and still going to the cemeteries.

I just finished burning some V6 stuff for Liss now, and will burn other stuff for other people too. I'm really not in the mood to be "productive" the past few days. I've been so busy arranging the selection of delegates for an international convention/conference on the environment for an NGO group that I've left my task for the JEP project on hiatus. Jonathan's likely to kill me right now, but at least I've managed to do a lot for the project. Once the committee heads have been selected then the project can start rolling. Though he hasn't given me more details on the project, how on earth are we gonna start anyway?

And *ahem*, he (someone...j_ _ _) was online yesterday and we got to talk a bit. I should have remained invisible on Y!M, because I wasn't really in the mood to talk to him. I don't think I'll ever be THAT comfortable talking to him ever again though. I'll admit that I miss him, but I don't think things can go back the way they were before for us after all that has happened. He insisted we remain friends, and I agreed. And we're doing okay now. He just updated me of what's happening with his life there in the United States, and he was asking how I am here. We talked for so long that I forgot that I didn't want to talk to him in the first place.

I guess we were really just meant to be best friends, and nothing more than that. One thing, we're better off that way.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

It's really not a custom to celebrate Halloween here, more people pay attention to celebrate November 1 (All Saints Day) and November 2 (All Souls Day). But in the recent years, the Western tradition of "Trick or Treat" has found its way here, and you can see kids in their costumes doing it within subdivisions or inside malls which have halloween parties for kids. My younger cousins went and did that yesterday within their subdivision and they managed to get a lot of candies. Too much I think ^^

Later on, my dad told us that instead of going to the cemetery tomorrow, we'll just go later, probabbly later in the afternoon. It would really be crazy to go to Memorial Parks tomorrow since almost everyone who would go to the cemetery will go there tomorrow. It's weird that November 1 is treated as the day of the dead, when it should really be on the 2nd still. I guess it's just a matter of tradition. And with this, traffic would definitely be present in those areas too.

I just came back from an overnight stay at the New World Renaissance Hotel. My dad had this symposium to attend to (a launching of a new drug by GlaxoSmithkline) and my mom, sister and I tagged along. I've stayed in a number of hotels before, and I thought that this one would be okay. Well, it didn't. This has got to be one of the hotels I'm least considering going back to for another stay.

First, what would you normally say if you saw not one, but TWO cockroaches inside your hotel room? Talk about good maintenance. I killed one the moment we went inside the room, and the next one, we saw it right before we planned to sleep. Second were the lights, they kept on flickering and flickering and I was reading a book, I got tired and my eyes became strained so I decided not to continue reading anymore. We only ate breakfast there (we ate dinner at Italliani's in Glorietta 4), and for Php 750, it wasn't worth it. Edsa Shangri-la and Makati Shangri-la only has Php 600 for a breakfast buffet, and they offered a wider variety and selection of food and treats. I hardly ate anything a while ago. My dad wasn't satisfied with their Japanese bar (the one where they serve sushi, maki and Sashimi) because they didn't serve fresh items. Other people noticed it too, and so for compensation the management gave them new ones, and I suppose fresh ones. For the first time in my stay in hotels, I really did become critical in answering their Comments and Suggestions form, and I'm gonna mail it by the time I go to the post office.

At least I had fun shopping. My mom, sis and I shopped the whole afternoon in Glorietta, but since I wasn't familiar with that mall (because we really don't go there that much), I had to text Leo once in a while to ask where certain shops are located. (Thanks Leo!~). I managed to buy my school supplies there, a sweater, a new pair of shoes at Naturalizer and a new book. I'm starting to get more interested in books written by John Grisham after reading "The Pelican Brief" and "The Brethren", so I went and bought his book "A Time to Kill". I've started reading it already, and so far it's great. We started shopping at around 2:30 PM and we went back to the hotel at around 7:30 PM. We could have stayed longer but my mom was feeling tired and she opted to go back to the hotel already.

Went to Tower Records too, and I tried to scrounge up some Jpop CDs. There used to be a lot there, even Japan originals (the one that costs more than $28+ // Php 1,500). But they only had the Asian versions of certain cds like that of Kyoko Fukada, Utada Hikaru and aiko. There used to be one copy of V6's cd at the branch in Megamall, and GLAY's Heavy Gauge. Though the time I saw those, I wasn't really a big fan of J-Music yet. My fandom only revolved around music from Japanese animation and Utada Hikaru. I ended up not buying any CD at all, I decided just to save up my money and buy some CDs when I go to Singapore. Nurul told me that there are a big selection of Japanese Pop CDs at HMV and Kinokuniya, so I'm definitely gonna go there and buy some.

Only a few more days left of the sem break, still don't want to go back to school. :( Can't drive by myself going to school again, because my car's out for repair. When I get it back from Ford, I still can't drive it because it's the Pajero's turn to get repaired. Which leaves my dad to get my car, and me "car-less" again. Oh well... he'll just have to bring me and fetch me from Ateneo then. :)

My mom got home an hour earlier than usual, and told me to get ready 'coz we were gonna stop by National Book Store so that I could get my supplies (you know, school stuff) since the second semester's gonna start in a few days' time. We went to the National in Q-Plaza, but they didn't carry the stuff I use. I'm telling you, I'm very peculiar with the school stuff I use, particularly notebooks. We were able to buy other supplies and linen paper to print on my sister's palancas that were sent via email by relatives abroad and people who we won't meet before November 4 for one reason or another.

After going there, my mom asked me if I wanted to have coffee, and I said yes. We went to Figaro (the one located at the Brick Road in SLE), and we saw Tito Elmer there. Again. It's funny how often my mom and I run into him in SLE and in Robinson's Metro East. He came out of Figaro already, but when he learned we were going there, he joined us and even paid our tab. He's that sweet, too sweet that sometimes people mistake him as my dad at one time or another. However, we usually debate about our schools. I am studying in AdMU, and he graduated from DLSU. 'Nuff said on what we argue about ^^. And my mom and I enjoy picking on him too.

Tomorrow my mom, sister and I will stay at the New World Hotel (which is very near Glorietta) so we're gonna do shopping there. I will have to buy my supplies there too, the NBS branch there is way bigger than the one here in Q-Plaza, and I think they have a wider selection of stuff there too. Hopefully I can get the stuff that I use there, most stores would be closed next week to observe the holidays (All Saint's Day and All Souls Day). We're gonna go to the cemetery to visit my two uncles (the brothers of my dad who passed away some time ago) and the son a family friend too. We'll do it on November 2 though, there's too many people going there on November 1. :(

FYI: I still haven't finished that download I was talking about the past few posts. Was queued on earlier but I had to leave the house, so I wasn't able to resume d/ling it a while ago. Now I'm queued on again (at WinMX), and hopefully I can finish the file transfer now. *crosses both fingers so she is able to finish it*

I wasn't able to finish the download I was doing last night (I was so sleepy already, and I don't like leaving my computer on all night just to let it finish), so I'm resuming it right now. However, there are long queues for the file, but since I'm not gonna go anywhere today (at least I think) I can get to finish it finally.

Right now I'm doing my palanca for my sister. I'm trying to make it longer but I don't think I can go beyond 2 pages. If I go beyond that, I think I'll just make it as a normal letter filled with rants, the essence of it being a "palanca" lost in the process. To those people whom I asked to make my little sister a palanca and gave it to me/sent it to me through email already, thank you so much for your time! (^_^) I'm sure my sister would be very happy because of it.

And before I forget, I've finally decided to push through with buying a domain. I'll start it in December though (I need to save up some money first). Some people already know what domain name I plan to get already, I'll post it here once I get to register it already. I have contacted http://www.pinoyhosting.net to help me out already, and they are really nice people to work with. I just hope they'll be like that even after I've signed up for one of their packages.

Except for NSTP, everything in my schedule's fine now. I got Botany (yay!) for my NatSci class and there were still a lot of slots for PE 101 so I got in one class. The class is every Tuesday and Thursday, 1-2 pm. Same PE time as I had last semester. I know everyone was telling me to get Mr. De la Cruz' class but his class is at 11-12 nn. Then my next class would still be at 3-4:30 pm, so I just opted for Mr. Torres' class. I'm not sure how he is in class, but I've met him in the PE dep't office and he's nice.

My mom told us that we'll be going out this Friday afternoon to go shopping in G4. Yay! I can finally get that Hello Kitty binder I've wanted since before. ^^ (Hehehe... 'lam to ni Leo eh!) And bonding with my mom has never been dull/boring for me. My dad will be attending a symposium at the New World Hotel near G4 so we'll get to stay there overnight for free. :)

About the DL thing, I'm done angsting/getting depressed over it.

Speaking of college, there's really nothing new about my schedule. It's pretty much the same like what I had last semester:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays:
7:30-8:30 English 12 CTC-106
8:30-9:30 English 14 CTC-106

10:30-11:30 NatSci -no sure class yet-
11:30-12:30 Filipino 12 CTC-302

Wednesdays only:
13:30-15:30 NatSci Lab -no sure class yet-

Tuesdays, Thursdays:

So that leaves my PE class to be on a Tuesday and a Thursday. Hopefully I can still pick and get a slot in PE 101, or I'll have to choose something else (second option=fencing). I'd really like to take it this semester. But I also have NSTP this semester. For NSTP, I want to take the LTS (Literacy Training Service), and I hope that I'm given consideration because of my current health condition. But hopefully there would be still slots and I won't have to dig up my medical history to them.

For NatSci, I'm hoping to take up Botany. I'm hoping I can still pick out a good slot since my random number belongs in the first batch. If not, I'm hoping to take up Chemistry. Physics would be the last NatSci I'm considering. :( Oh, and yeah, I need to confirm my ACP classes (ACP=Alternative Class Program) tomorrow too. I just signed up for one class, hopefully there won't be any conflict with it.

Tomorrow's my reg day for the 2nd sem. Hope everything goes well and I won't end up having a stinky schedule. *crosses fingers for her PE and NatSci classes*

And I need to start writing my palanca letter for my younger sister tomorrow. I've been putting it off for days. Right now, I need to sleep ^^ Still got to wake up early tomorrow!

Just got back from Ateneo, and I got my class card already.

My QPI: (Quality Point Index) 3.2
4 is the highest grade possible

Ma 11 pulled down my grade... I lack amost .15 points to be able to qualify as a Dean's Lister this semester. I swear that I'll get higher next sem in order to be a part of the DL in the 2nd semester of the Academic Year. My dad and mom told me to do better next semester, (you know how fickle my mom and dad can be concerning my grades). I think I still qualified for the scholarship.

Now I need to get working for my ASEC project once more. It's actually just now that I'm feeling the pressures of being a project head, especially if most of your members are turning out to be uncooperative people at that. I'll just have to do my best, and make sure that things would turn out great for us. FYI: My project concerns recruiting Japanese Exchange Students for Sophia University in Japan.

Just like what Sybil mentioned in her blog: nothing is happening to my sembreak.
I'm still hopefull for the trip my family is planning to have, though it seems nothing is final yet. My aunt is having problems with her and her husband's passports. *sigh*.
All my mom and dad could tell me is "We'll wait and see..."

I've finished reading through the emails I got from the 4-3 ML. I just had to laugh when Raizel specified that I'll be providing "Good" drinks (Pepsi and Iced Tea). And all the talk about bringing "lambanog" too... though I won't be able to drink any of those... (you know why ^^)It's nice to know that everyone's happy with where they are right now, and that the bond in the section is still there. I think Fr. Edwin's happy about it, I mentioned to him that we still remembered our class anniversary (I just slipped the info about that some forgot or some remembered one or two days after the date itself).

It's gonna be my lil' sister's turn to go to Baguio for her one-week retreat in the Assumption Retreat house. Its the last and best retreat Assumption Antipolo gives its students, kinda a good way to bring and give closure to your past retreats and recollections. I still remember my own retreat, on how everyone had fun with the Stargate, on how everyone got sick and I had to take care of most of them (and then on the trip home I was the one who finally caught the bug) and how long it took before we finally relieved ourselves with the retreat hangover. LOL... Sir Mitra really had a hard time bringing us back to "reality". We are in his Physics class, but we were still thinking about our Baguio experience. And it didn't help that Fr. Edwin came back so soon to give confession sessions to the first two sections...

I'll be going back to Ateneo tomorrow to get my first sem marks. I just hope that I did good in my subjects, enough to be able to qualify to a scholarship. I'm still aiming for the scholarship grant (outside Ateneo). ^^ *prays that she gets it!*

too many reasons:

1. 2 out of the 6 CSI dvds we bought have defects, have to replace 'em soon

2. emails from the Kinjo ML and their non-sense arguments about things that should not be argued about in the first place...

3. my dad called us up to tell that a jeepney driver damaged his Pajero.

The Ford Lynx has been damaged, the Xtrail too, good thing the Pajero's still in great shape. No accidents whatsoever....

My younger sister is out taking her CSB Entrance Exam today. I know that she wants to go to CSB because they offer a good HRM/HRIM course there, but she won't be allowed to go there. I should know, I wanted to go to DLSU because I passed the LIA-COM program there, but my mom and dad did not allow me to go. So I did go to Ateneo, and I'm really happy that I'm there. Ateneo was my first choice really, but I had second thoughts when I learned that I qualified for the double degree program in DLSU. DLSU and CSB are far from where we live (unless we take the MRT it'll be much faster than going there by car), a big disadvantage. Ateneo's only 12 minutes away by car from where we live and there's ample parking space so it's no trouble bringing my car there everyday. My sister told me that she'll be happy too if she can go to Ateneo like me, but she won't be taking the course she wants there. She'll be taking BS MGT-H if she qualifies (which I'm quite sure she will ^^) for Ateneo.

It's too quiet inside our house. It's just me and our two house maids now. I haven't eaten anything yet since dinner last night, and the weird thing is I'm not that hungry at all. I'm even considering skipping lunch though my mom will get mad if I don't eat anything. *sigh* I guess it's just because we've been eating out too much the past few days, and we're gonna eat out again later tonight and tomorrow. Later we'll go to my aunt's 50th birthday party (which is supposed to be a luau) for dinner, and tomorrow we'll go and eat at the "Good Earth" with my grandparents to celebrate (again) my parent's wedding anniversary.

My cousin is sick right now, and so our trip to Singapore is not yet sure. My mom and aunt are still looking at possibilities, and one possibility is to move the trip instead of this semestral break to the Christmas break. But it won't be that good since my other cousin and her husband will go back here from the states to celebrate Christmas and the New Year holidays with us, and I'm not sure if they would want to go to Singapore with us (since they've been there so many times in the past already too). My mom did tell me that she's considering that maybe it'll be just our family who'll go (meaning me, my dad, mom and sister) instead of bringing my aunt, uncle and 2 cousins with us for the trip. We'll see though.

I've been reading my old books for the past few days, there's really not much to do the past few days... well, except stuff for ASEC (my org in AdMU) and some other things. I finished reading the Sherlock Holmes book I bought last week, and now I'm reading "Dreamcatcher" by Stephen King. I'm not actually re-reading it, because I forgot that I wasn't able to finish it. I really can't remember how the story went so I'm starting from the first chaper once more. I'm just glad that the things I'm actually reading are of my own choice, unlike during the sem that we're loaded with readings we were REQUIRED to read. *_*

Before we ate dinner, I watched the ARASHI concert video I had and it was good! I actually liked ARASHI first when I saw them in certain drama roles (like Aiba Masaki in Mukudono!) before I started listening to their songs. But they didn't strike me as much as V6 did when I first watched them. Still, they're one of my favorite Johnny's Ent. groups. :)

And speaking of dinner, we had Chicken noodles instead of rice. *yum!* We only get to eat dinner without rice if we're eating out or my dad's not eating dinner at home. My dad has this philosophy that a meal (especially lunch and dinner) would not be complete without rice. I've grown too used to rice that's why as much as I could, I avoid eating it. I'd prefer eating potatoes.

It's gonna be the first big reunion we're having since we started college. Dinner was great. We went to our favorite steak house to celebrate my parents' anniversary, and we had fun just talking about all sorts of things that we don't get to talk about that much when we're at home.

Speaking of which, we did talk about our *possible* trip to Singapore next week. It's kinda sudden I know, but it's the only time when my sem break and my sister's sem break meets. I go back to school on November 3 already, (since my sembreak started like October 14 still) and my sister goes back to school on November 8. Going to Tokyo this time of the year would be impossible since not everyone has a Japanese visa yet, so it's much more convenient and more people can go to Singapore. My aunt and uncle are planning to join us for the trip. The more people joining, then the trip would be less expensive too, since travel agencies provide cheaper offers if there are more people participating. ^_~

I'm satisfied with Singapore because I know that they do have Kinokuniya and HMV. I won't consider going shopping for shoes and clothes that much, I think I would splurge just by visiting those two shops. Nurul said she's willing to take me around if ever I do get the chance to go there. Once the trip is confirmed, I'm not going out of the house to avoid spending so much on CDs and other expenses. I'll save them up for the trip.

Even if it's already 9pm and I'm quite tired already, I'm still up trying to tidy up my room putting old things in boxes so that I can place them inside the top cabinet of my closet. My mom has been bugging me to fix my room this break, and since I'm happy (lol) I was able to get around to do it finally. And I'd better get back to it now.... (^_^)

It's their 20th wedding anniversary today.... and as usual, my dad forgot (again) about it ^^''. Good thing that I was able to remind him in time or else my mom would get mad at him ^^. To celebrate, we're just heading out to Eastwood to eat dinner. As much as we would like to go to the Fort and eat there (we originally planned to go there and eat at "Good Earth") but since my sister still has her 2nd Quarter Final Exams for Trigonometry and Filipino tomorrow, we can't afford to stay up late. My dad said he'll just treat us there come Sunday evening, together with our grandparents. :)

5:00 AM.
I had to wake up at this ungodly hour of the morning because my mom, aunt and I had this appointment with Dra. Cynthia Ho at the UDMC at 8:30 AM. Estimating travel time, alloting time for traffic and other things, we had to leave the house at 6:30 AM. I was feeling very sleepy, since I slept late last night watching a late night comedy show on local tv. But I managed to get myself ready and head there.

We got to the hospital at quarter to seven in the morning so we still roughly had 45 minutes before the doctor arrives. Good thing that there was a small tv inside the clinic so we managed to get ourselves busy watching TV. She got there at around 8:20, but there were 2 people ahead of us so we got the chance to see her at exactly 8:40 am (at least, according to the clock that was inside her clinic). My mom brought me there about problems concerning my thyroid hormones. There seems to be an imbalace with my TSH and my T3 & T4 hormones. She said that she would rather continue the observation period till early next year before she considers giving me any form of treatment like radioactive iodine. I guess my mom just got paranoid because she did have hyperthyroidism at an early age (She was 19 at that time) so she was worried that I might get it too (since the possibility of passing it is very high).

After having our checkup, we went to SM Megamall and my mom continued her shopping (for christmas gifts). I got myself the new Spongecola album too. Tower Records only had 1 stock left of the CD, and I managed to get it! *phew*. But I guess there are lots of copies still in other record bars like Radio City etc. In their album rankings, I saw that Utada's Exoudus ranked number 8 in sales. That's pretty good, considering that she's really not yet THAT popular here. I also saw a Vanessa Mae CD, her latest one I think. I was even trying my luck, searching for the Takuro meets Vanessa Mae "Flow of Soul" CD there. I did see some old Rivermaya CDs there though, and when I do have the money, I'll buy the CDs that are lacking from my collection *grins*. My mom asked me to get her two CDs, a love song compilation CD titled "Fallin'" and the Sergio Mendes best of CD. She saw the advertisments for both discs being aired over at the Lifestyle network, and she loved the song selection. It's rare that my mom buys one CD (she finds them rather expensive), let alone two. After that, we ate a heavy lunch at the Super Bowl of China [the one at Megastrip], went back to the mall to buy some other things and left.

My mom then finally decided to buy the Samsung V200 data cable for my and my sister's phone. She figured that it would be less expensive than getting ringtones and transferring pictures through email than directly d/l and u/l from our phones. We went to the distributor, and got one of the last few remaining stocks of the data cable. I'm still downloading the program required for the transfers, (they didn't have any available on CD...) so I haven't really tested it out yet.

We were supposed to go straight home, but my aunt and mom decided to head to Greenhills first. We really didn't buy anything there, we just looked around. Oh, we did manage to buy ham though (Php 740 for a kilo of Adelina's ham is expensive already! The last time we bought there, the price was only around Php 600) and have drinks at Starbucks.

We still didn't go straight home. We headed to Riverbanks to get some DVDs, then to the hospital because my mom had some new patients at the nursery to check up on too. After that, we bought food from McDonald's to take home to Baby Charles (my cousin's son) and my younger sister.

And now finally we're home! I'm listening to the whole Sponge Cola Cd and the Php 250 I paid for it was really worth it. (^_^) Too bad that "Saturn" and "Crazy for You" weren't included in their album... but still, the new songs and "Jeepney" makes up for it. I'm too tired to do anything today, so I think I'll just go and rest//sleep early today. *yawns* But not until I finish replying to some emails...

Even if its still very EARLY in the morning, two things made my day already:

2. New Releases from GLAY [is this actually good news for my wallet?]

It's been a while since I got emails from the two of them. Recently, I have only maintained a regular correspondence with Tomo-san, Akira-san, Kanako-chan, and Hiro-san. According to Miyu-chan, she's currently preparing for her college entrance exams, and she just shared how nervous she is about taking it. I did the same thing to her when I was preparing for mine last school year. (We know that college entrance exam is a hell lot HARDER than what we have here...). She's gonna apply at Sophia University too, but I'm not sure when her test would be, and how hard that test would be. I'm not sure if she would be taking the exams for Kyoto and Tohoku Universities still like she mentioned before though [FYI: Tohoku is Asia's # 1 University, Kyoto is Asia's # 2 University]. I'm sure she'll do just fine. Ganbatte Miyu-chan!

With Sayuri-chan, she's on her way to Singapore and Australia for her school trip. When she told me about this, I was thinking that they actually went abroad for school trips? Wow... she'll be staying around 1 week on both countries with foster families. She was asking me about Singapore and Australia because I mentioned to her I had friends in both countries. I just emailed her the things I know and some links that could help her out. Have a safe trip Sayuri!

I head that GLAY would be releasing a single soon entitled "White Road" (and apparently, it's gonna be a ballad song). As much as I would want to get it, I told myself I'm not gonna buy it... at least not yet. Maybe I'll just get it second hand... I want the other release better anyway.
And the second one would be the much anticipated dvd release of the Expo 2004 concert!:

6300 yen does not sound bad for a 3 disc dvd set, at least compared to the 7500 release of the Expo 2001 2 disc concert dvd. Since GLAY switched to Toshiba-EMI, the only thing I liked better is that the prices of their dvd became lower compared when they were still in their old company. But that doesn't mean I like Toshiba-EMI still. *grumbles about the Tenshi no Wakemae releases earlier* December 15's still a long way, so still time to save. It's not even up on the CDJapan catalog yet.

I'd dare not calculate the total amount I spent on GLAY stuff since this year.
If I ever do, I think I'd faint. ^_~

FYI: The Okavango Restaurant is located near the Marikina River, you know, one of the strip of restaurants located near the river side... not in the Riverbank complex though. I don't really look forward to having a blast because most of the guests would be doctors, etc and the kind of conversations they usually have there are not my cup of tea.

Nothing much happening right now. It's kinda ironic that during your last few days of the semester, you're looking forward for the break. And now that you're on the break, you wish for something to do instead of wasting your time just bumming around inside your house.

Am talking with Jho right now, and it seems that an out-of-town block outing is impossible because of schedule conflicts and "parental restrictions" (can't leave that out). So a suggestion would be just to hit the mall on the 25th of this month, after we get our First Sem marks and reg forms for the 2nd sem. You guys up for this?

Just came back from SLE ^^. Apparently, all malls are having a sale this weekend, so you can just expect the number of people shopping everywhere, (not to mention the fact that most people got their salaries yesterday too). I accompanied my mom to buy some gifts for people in the hospital (staff, nurses, resident doctors etc) and their colleagues. [Nope, we don't own the hospital. My dad just feels obliged to give out gifts every Christmas to everyone...]. Doing that irks both me and my mom. Don't get us wrong, we don't mind giving but my dad can be stingy when it comes to these kinds of things. He does not see all the hassle because its me and my mom who goes through it. My mom told me a while ago while we were eating that next year, she'll leave the shopping to my dad. I told her that if she did that, and he actually does it, then it'll be a first.

I did some shopping for myself. I bought some stuff at the Body Shop, one CD and one book. The CD I got was Utada Hikaru's first English CD entitled "EXODUS", and the book that I got was a Sherlock Holmes collection. Reading that would keep me preoccupied for the next couple of days (its a pretty thick book. I'm actually happy that I'm gonna read something out of my own preference, not a "required reading" in school). I got the chance to sample some of the songs in Hikki's CD through an mp3 site shown by a friend, but I only listened to like, 3 - 4 songs. I didn't like "Easy Breezy" (don't ask me what's with the title... Hikki's english is superb, I'm not sure but I think she really intended it that way) at first, but I guess the song kinda grew on me. I'll do a better CD review when I'm actually done listening to all the tracks in the CD. I'll pro'lly listen to it while I'm starting to read the book I got a while ago.

I just woke up actually. I was surprised that my parents didn't wake me up to have me drive my younger sister to MC today for her exam. They did bring her there, and they'll be the one to fetch her too. I got a good amount of sleep then.

Since I have the time, I want to get back at writing a story that I've stopped doing ever since I started college. I'm doing a love story, but I don't have any particular ending in mind. I guess whatever I'm feeling by the time I'm already in that part would reflect what ending I would choose. I'll have to edit it first, reading it once again I find it WAY to sappy for my own standards. When I have the chance, I'll post up some snippets here in my blog.

I was looking for a 1x1 ID picture when I came across the Retreat album of "ONE LOVE". Its these times that I realize how I miss section 3... ang dami natin talagang pinagdaanan, from our Asian Fest Play, the Entrepreneurship project of 3rd and 4th year, the very memorable 1 week Baguio Retreat, 3-in-1 encounter, class encounters, other retreats and the "Zenith" legacy we had. I ended up reading the palanca letters I got and the notes I received during our Guidance Special Programs. Even if it's only October, I'm looking forward to the Christmas Party the guys are organizing. It'll be the very first get-together we will have since we left high school.

It took me some time to get things cleared up, and spending time away from him did help in making me think more clearly about certain things. I realized that I don't think what I feel for him is anything deeper than of a crush. Sure, he is really sweet and thoughtful, but there's something that I can't see. It seems that I can't go deeper than the superficial level. My Wait and See attitude will have to kick in here for me. Just as James told me, I'll have to see first if he's worth all the trouble. Kuya Pits also helped me to be honest with myself.

I've spent the morning and the afternoon creating a new layout theme for my blog. And I ended up using orange, and of course, V6! (well, not the whole V6, only Kamisen). ^^ I found that adorable picture and I just had to use it! After playing around with PS for a while and doing html editing, my 2nd version of infinite:insanity is up! (^_^)

Why orange? Hmm... it's really a color I never got to use around in one of my layouts. I have used black more than once, and I've used blue, pink and red before. Beside, orange looks relaxing.

TAKE ME HIGHER is the a single released by V6 still quite some time ago. If you're a sentai addict, you might have heard it when you have watched ULTRAMAN Tiga. I love this song, especially when they performed it live, and they were *flying* inside Saitama Super Arena. I should get around to post some caps of that concert one of these days. At least, now I still have time to spare (without worrying about academics).

morning ramblings

I told myself that I won't wake up early today. But still, I managed to wake up at 5:30 am, just in time before my sister left for her school. And then after that, I couldn't sleep anymore. *grumbles*

With nothing really better to do at the moment, I decided to go online. Replied to emails, opened my Friendster account, read my friends' blog posts, and after quite a long time, I decided to go and check on eBay. There were a lot of bootleg GLAY stuff up, like there were more than 10 copies of a bootleg "THE FRUSTRATED" cd, and the "ONE LOVE Live in Beijing" video. There were other good finds too, like Hisashi's book is up, there were a couple of CDs (first pressings and old cd singles) up too. I didn't see much V6 stuff up, and there were a handful of good fines in the LUNA SEA and L'Arc~en~Ciel auctions too.

Now you're pro'lly wondering why I included V6 there. I do remember before I told myself that I won't become a fan of Johnny's Jr. groups EVER. Especially when I had to watch an episode of "Shonen Club" that irked me a lot. I had a trade where I got some videos of SMAP and V6 in exchange for some Dir en Grey and Malice Mizer things. I loved SMAP since I watched "Beautiful Life" [the J-drama starring Takuya Kimura] and hearing the song "Sekai ni hitotsu dake no Hana". As for V6, I really didn't intend to get it from her but she really wanted a copy of my Merveilles video so I picked it out of random.

There was this day that I remember I was checking on my video files' quality and checking if my videos still work (because I had them stashed on my lalagyan for a very long time) and I decided to pop in the V6 concert. I'll have to admit it, even if Masayuki Sakamoto looks quite old, he still manages to look cute. ^^ It's been a while since I managed to get myself hooked into an all Jpop group, the last time I got hooked up in one was my w-inds fever when I was a Junior HS student. I'm still a fan of w-inds, don't get me wrong, but my infatuation (or rather obsession) with Keita Tachibana has died down now. My preference for Jrock started when I was a Senior, and right now I'm still hooked with GLAY. My V6 fandom has started, and now I'm quite afraid on the impact this will do, particularly on my wallet. You know that Jpop CDs are very expensive... *shakes head*. Being a Jpop/Jrock fanatic is one of the most expensive hobbies in the entire planet.

I'm excited to get the t-shirt Janna got me from the GLAY Expo 2004 concert she attended. She didn't get it personally, because according to her the bad weather made the organizers cancell the selling of tour goods to the following day, and have them available for mail order. You would think that $35 for a t-shirt is a total money rip-off, but heck, this is GLAY we're talking about. Plus, the pirate theme decorations on the shirt looks cool.

Speaking of GLAY, they're gonna have another tour this coming February to mark the end of their 10th Anniversary celebration, "GLAY Dome Tour 2005". Lol, another concert, but I guess I'll have to pass on attending this one again. GLAY had a total of 4 concert series by the time I decided I'll go to one, and I missed out on all of them. The concert dates are really what I refer to as "bad timing". Even if I would want to see them perform live badly, there are things that I cannot sacrifice, and an example of which would be my academics. Oh well, there's always a next time. I just wish that they won't disband like what happened to LUNA SEA... *sigh*

Finally...

THE FIRST SEMESTER IS OVER!!!

I had my Ma11 exam a while ago (that's the last time I'll ever have to take a Ma11 exam, there's still Ma12 though), I passed the final revision of my Argumentative Research Paper, and that marked the end of my first semester in the Ateneo. I feel that I've accomplished a great deal since the start of this academic year. Congratulations to everyone!~

I didn't go to school today, instead I made myself busy with two things:
1. My Fil 11 paper --> done
2. Revising my ARP --> in the works

I was planning to do my paper for Filipino on Wednesday still, but I don't want to go to school on Friday any more so I decided to pass the paper on the original deadline Dra. Santos gave us (which is tomorrow before our exams). I want to start working on my ARP revisions so that I can concentrate full time on studying for my Ma11 exam (which is scheduled on Wednesday) tomorrow.

I still need to read the short stories assigned for our exam tomorrow (for Filipino). I'll try my best to finish my ARP revisions today so that I don't need to work on it tomorrow, and work full blast for my Math exam.

Yesterday I had some time to fix some clutter in my room. Yes, despite me being the OC person that I am, there are still some areas in my room (and even in my life) that are cluttered. Particularly those inside my drawers. I fixed up my videos and I watched some old stuff I had I hadn't watched in a while. I watched my /\ucifer videos and I missed listening to their songs :) Right now I'm drowning myself with Makoto's kakkoi voice while trying to be productive for the day.

I need to go offline now. The net is one powerful distraction. If I don't get offline now, I'll get offline after five or six hours...

It's been a while since I last updated here. Actually, aside from laziness, blogger's acting weird the past few days when I'm accessing it that I can't seem to post any entries. So I got tired of waiting for my post to show up, so I end up not posting anything at all.

Today we had our play for Lit13. I actually didn't expect that everything would turn out great, well it did. We even got a 93! That's an A already, and I have to admit it, we weren't really that prepared. We did have a good stage production with the works though! Stage design, good music and the like. We didn't have an LCD projector too, though we were able to show the pictures that were taken during the Saturday pictorial just by a laptop screen handled by Jen. So James, thank you so much for all that you've done for our play. I know it wouldn't be as great if it wasn't for you. The group owes you a lot! (^_^). At least your efforts didn't go to waste, and your frustrations weren't worthless in the end.

I had my ES 10 exam as well a while ago, and it was fairly easy. I was one of the people who finished the test ahead of time, like 30 minutes before the bell rang. Dra. Perez affirmed that if I perform well in this exam, I don't need to take my ES 10 finals anymore. I'm looking forward to Friday when I could see whether or not I will be exempted or not. It will take a great load out of me if I didn't have to take it. However, I will accept the exemption if my standing is an A or a B+. If it's only a B, I'll take the finals so that it can pull up my grade. But my ES 10 midterm mark was a B+ already, but hopefully I can maintain that or pull it up to an A even.

Tomorrow will be the 4th long exam for Math 11. At long last, the last Ma11 long exam!! Then it's only the finals and I won't have Ma11 during the next sem. I'll have Ma12 though, but based on the course description it's gonna be easier than Ma11. Good luck and God Bless to all of us tomorrow!~

It has been a while since I last posted here. And it has been at least a month since I posted up an entry in my Lj account. I'm thinking that I would still be maintaining my LJ though, but I haven't really thought about what kind of entries I would be posting up there.

The semester's gonna end within a week or so, and I can't believe it, but I've managed to survive my first sem in college. I might not be able to make it to the DL (it's one of my goals actually) this semester, but I swear I'm gonna strive and work double next semester so that I'll get in for sure!

now I need to get back to work.
I'll post a more "sensible and worthwhile" entry when I'm thinking straight.

I can't believe that I actually missed two days of typing up an entry for this blog. I guess school's just taking up most (if not all) of my time.

What kept me busy the past two days:

The semester's about to end already, and I can say that so far I'm getting satisfied with how well I am performing in school. I'm not sure if I can make it for the DL, but if I don't, that will give me even a greater drive to be included in the next batch. But still, I'm not givng up the fight. (^_^).

I received an email from Tomo last Monday, and it was really nice being able to talk to him again. It has been almost a month since we were last able to talk to each other, he was busy with his work and I was busy with college. And I'm happy that he'll go here for a visit either late this year or early next year. The last time he went here, we were not able to do a lot. Hopefully this time we can go out more.

There are times that I wish I had my own panic button. And if I did have one, that button would have been wrecked with the number of times I pushed it before, and the number of times I would continue to push it.

Enough of that crap. Today was pretty much a good day for me. I was able to drive alone going to school, got a decent parking space in fact. I don't have much problems for my ARP's Revised Topic Outline, and I'm supposed to submit a revised one along with a sentence outline by Wednesday, no biggie on that As for Lit 13, we had our usual reporting, and our prof still hasn't gotten used to the fact that everyone gets bored during the reporting.

ES 10 came, and we did our report on our project. For the defense evaluation, we got a 9/10 rating from our professor~! (^_^) I was very happy because of that, and I also want to see the grade of the final paper we passed. Hopefully it would be just as high, if not higher. Fil 11, we just had our discussions on some selected short stories, and she returned our quiz. She's still not done checking my extra works, because I passed early. [like I always say, the irony of it all]. I did manage to get a B on the quiz, I was only expecting a C though. She told me I could have gotten a B+ or an A if I fixed my points and elaborated on them more. Now I know what I have to do for the next exams.

I went home straight after that, well at least not before dropping Leo off at the MRT station in Katipunan. I did some homeworks and replied to some emails as soon as I got home. Then I tried to study for math, and I'm gonna continue studying math till tomorrow morning. Since my guidance interview is scheduled at 8:30 AM, I have to go to school early tomorrow, instead of my 11:00 scheduled leave from my house. I guess I'll just go study and do some math and ARP stuff over at McDonalds or Starbucks.

Right now I'm looking over some of my old CDs for our Lit 13 play, I volunteered to look for background music. I would also want to act for the play, but still, I love working more on the technical aspects of the production rather than the theatrical aspects. I hope we get a good grade on it, since this would be our finals for Lit 13 already.

too many frustrations & anxieties

These are the things I currently worry about (or think about):

1. I formally start driving the car to AdMU by myself tomorrow. My dad and mom turned over the car to me so it's now mine, and I'm responsible for it. I'm not worried about driving it though, but I'm much more worried with the responsibilities that go with it.

2. Our ES 10 Project Report is tomorrow, and we're the first group to go. I hope we do well on our presentation so that we can get a high grade on it.

3. The GLAY Fanbook Project: Developments are going slow....

4. My Ma 11 Grade. nuff said.

5. The ASEC - Japanese Exhange Program Project. I got into it so I'm definitely not backing off from it.

6. PE 130's final examination on Thursday.

My mom was asking me earlier if I wanted to go to the mall with her, but I had to refuse because I had a lot of things to accomplish today. I told myself that I would be doing the following today:
1. Read parts of the novel we need to read for the Fil 11 final examination

2. Study for Ma 11

3. Continue working on my ARP's first draft. (I meant it when I meant a draft)

My groupmates in ES 10 were here a while ago and we worked on our oral report // presentation for Monday. JP got here in the morning while Yukari, Leo and Allan (he's not our groupmate though) went in the afternoon. The report is okay now, so I sent it to JP so he can add effects and spice the presentation up. Hopefully we get a high grade on the project, and everyone would be happy.

I've been too distracted the past few weeks that I forgot to bear in mind the goals I have set during the start of the Semester. I suddenly remembered it when I was looking at my desk calendar, and there was a reminder written in bold letters: "KEEP IN MIND: YOUR GOAL!!" I'll have to admit that I haven't really kept that in mind the past few weeks. Just like what I said, I was so distracted with things, or maybe with someone.

I'm happy that when I don't think of him that often, I get to focus and concentrate. Whenever he's around, I feel that I can't accomplish anything else. Heck, maybe he even sees me as a distraction too. I should know, because I know he's a busy person. And at least now I get to spend time with myself more...even if its only during the times when I go to the library the time that I experience solitude.

So now, I decided to work harder to get to my goal! If you're wondering what's my goal, I'll tell you once I have accomplished it already. ^^

SUCH BOONESS IN LIFE!!
I have to have my blood chemistry taken so this morning my aunt (who's a lab technician) went here to extract blood from me. We weren't allowed to eat anything since dinner last night up until 6:30 AM. So last night I decided to sleep early, around 9:00 PM so that I wouldn't get the urge to eat chocolate and I needed to replace the lost sleep I had last night.

It was only then when I woke up that I remembered that Kawamura Ryuichi's concert was last night on WOWOW!! From the words of my Econ prof in high school, "Such..." I want to scream, but I can't. Sheesh, and I'm not even sure if WOWOW would show a replay of the concert.

Since yesterday I've only slept for about an hour and 30 minutes. Jho and I stayed up late to finish up our group's ES 10 paper, and I could say that it really did drain a lot from me. It was a good thing that I didn't collapse or anything during the day too, and the weird thing was I was still happy during the day. Maybe I was just too excited to get the paper off our hands already, since we've been working a whole lot on it for the past few weeks.

Our Fil 11 professor gave us a novel to read, and it would be the coverage of Part I of the Finals. She also finally gave us the guidelines on how she wants us to answer her essay questions, to get a B+ or an A even. Heck, she should have given us those guidelines since the first few weeks of class so that all of us would have had better grades.

Even if I want to rest this weekend, I don't think I could. Aside from the novel, I also have to work on certain Math stuff I'm currently having a problem with, and who wouldn't forget about my English 11's Argumentative Research Paper. And also, the Lit 13 play~. Gosh, the only thing that I'm also aiming for right now is to be exempted from the ES 10 finals. That would surely get a big load out of me.

I also have to concentrate on the Project for ASEC too. Argh... anyone want to trade lives with me?

This certain line of a LUNA SEA Song [ROSIER] struck me while I was listening to it:

I had to look at the lyrics page first of my "MOTHER" CD just so I could understand what was Kawamura Ryuichi saying. ^^ But I realized that those lines mean a lot, and they hold true for me.

I realized that the person who could hurt me the most would be my own self. Placing myself in situations when I don't realize that I am torturing myself already, in short, pagiging martir minsan, o di kaya pagiging utu-uto sa mga tao.

That self-torture starts when I think of him. I know I shouldn't think about him, not now and I know I should avoid thinking about him already. It's been quite a while since we last saw each other already and right now I could say that I'm doing just fine. Heck, I'm doing even better when I'm not inspired by him. I keep on telling myself that there are other things that are more worthwhile to think about and do, but the stubborness in me does not let me cooperate with what my head is nudging me to do.

To end all these, I was already thinking of telling him about it. I'm not sure, but I think he knows already, and me telling it to him directly would just be a matter of confirmation. My friends tell me that if he doesn't know, sobrang manhid na niya. He keeps on sending me signs which I don't know how to read. James told me not to misunderstand, because he might be just the kind of guy who's so nice, but then again, the recent things don't imply just that anymore. I don't want to tell him, because I'm putting so much at stake on it. If my feelings are reciprocated, then that's well and good but what if it isn't? I don't want to be awkward around him, (it will be if it were the case).

Waiting seems to be the best option for me. But waiting has its own perks.
Like driving me to the brink of insanity.
As if I'm not insane right now.
Telling you all of this might be a crazy thing to do, especially if that person I'm referring to gets the chance to read it.

Life is full of crap, and its hard to get rid of them.

well, Chip and Kim were the ones who snagged the $1,000,000 cash price, though for a while I thought it would be Colin and Christie already. I was really hoping that Brandon and Nicole would have won the race. I dunno, for one reason or another they were the team that I liked from the start of the race. They look good together, they work well together and they try their best to play fair. Plus they're devout Christians, which are plus points for me (^_^).

Aside from that, what I liked here is that the Philippines was included as one of the stops / destinations for the race. Just a little dose of patriotism there... *shakes head* My ARP is getting the best of me...

It's early Tuesday morning and I know I have better things to do than to be sitting here infront of the computer right now, but I can't help but go online. (^_^) I know I should be working on our ES 12 Lab Report right now but then again I was able to start on it last night so I only have to continue a few others now. I'll work on it once more in a little while. Then when I go to the Blue & Gold Cafeteria later on I'll work on my ARP things.

Last night I was talking to my friend and I was glad that I was able to talk to him. He was the one who was able to help me sort out my feelings towards two people I'm thinking about. I'm confused on what I'm really feeling for Person A while I became confused too if I still had feelings for Person B. Now the issue with Person B is resolved, so I can devote on thinking about my problem with Person A now.

And I don't even know how I really feel. I thought that these sappy monologues can only be found in romance novels, movies or "teeny-bopper" stuff. But heck, I'm experiencing it first hand right now! As much as I want to scream and cry till my eyes bulge out, I don't want to do it since it would only make things worse (not to mention my voice sore and my eyes strained).

Okay, enough of that. I don't want to think much about that anymore. I still have to think about other things than him.

Lol. As if I can forget about him. I'm fooling myself.

In the hopes of forgetting about him, I decided to distract myself with my one true love, which is the Jrock fandom, once more. Right now I'm listening/watching the Eclipse I video once more and I really fell in love with Kawamura Ryuichi's voice!~ STORM was my sole favorite Luna Sea song before, but now I have another one: ROSIER. My favorite PV right now would be the one of TRUE BLUE [omg... KR and SUGIZO looks absolutely kakkoi there~~~ *turns into a hyper LS fangurl*] I regret the fact that I only really became a die-hard fan of Luna Sea now, when they have disbanded already. Most of their fans (aka SLAVES) really still hope that they'll get together once more. I'm not sure if that is possible, but I'd love it if they did. Most of them are really busy with their solo careers right now.

Oh, and speaking of which, for those who have WOWOW, Kawamura Ryuichi's solo concert would be broadcasted there on September 24. !!! Whee~~

I should think about my fandom more often. It makes me forget the things I really wanted to forget.

I didn't realize that there were other things that would contribute to my state of depression right now.

1. The UAAP season for Ateneo is now over. We lost to DLSU a while ago.
2. Researching about Marcos is harder than I expected. Especially that I have to prove his good points, when almost all of the Marcos books published nowadays are totally AGAINST him.

I'm physically and emotionally drained at the moment. Nothing seems to put a smile on my face.

Ah maybe there is.

I've had better days than today.

I woke up at 5:00 AM because our house maid was looking for the phone inside my room. I couldn't sleep after that. Even if I wanted to, my body refused to cooperate. I just stayed in bed, half asleep and mostly awake till 7:30 AM when I decided to get up.

We spent two hours within Katipunan because of heavy traffic caused by the ACET. Then there was a road block caused by a car colliding with a cement mixer truck. At the U-Turn slot near the Ateneo gate 3, traffic was halted for a while because the President was passing by so they had to make the road safe I guess.

I had my hair and make-up done at James Cooper salon for Leo's debut. 5:30 my cousin and his wife fetched me from our house and brought me to the venue. Leo's party was fun, and it was something that at least made my day happy. Almost everyone from Block BB including Jonathan and Cong came too (even if I didn't stick around long enough to get to see Cong). I think I did a fairly good job with the 18 treasures part, I just hope that she likes the gift.

I'm so tired now, so after typing up this post I'll shut my PC down and go to my room.
And sleep.
Hopefully I'll wake up late tomorrow. But not late enough not to be able to see my mom before she goes to Kuala Lumpur for a 4-day lecture trip.

I just decided to check on some new releases by GLAY and I was really so happy when I found out that they're releasing the following videos on dvd video:

And there's an offer to get all three in one box set, and you get a bonus disc with it, plus I think it would come in this nifty box set. So yeah, being the HUGE GLAY fan that I am, I decided to order it.

So this is where a month's savings would go. Sheesh. $120.00 for 3..4 dvds.
Ah well, GLAY is GLAY. And I'm gonna be a full time fan anyway. (refer to one of my previous posts)

Speaking of which, I'm getting LSS over Rivermaya's new song "Liwanag sa Dilim". I can't wait to have them release a new CD!!! I've been listening to their latest CD for quite some time already that I'm itching for new sounds coming from the group. *me luv Rico Blanco sooo much!*

(Some school stuff)

I had a whole bunch of free cuts today: Eng 11, Eng 13 and Fil 11. During our English periods, James, Nicco and I went to McDonalds to simply hang out. We ate some snacks and waited for the sundae machine to work (since we developed a certain craving for Caramel Sundae... even if it was quite cold). We had a lot of interesting conversations too. Then we went to National Bookstore and I got my "Laking National" card, and I purchased the new Sidney Sheldon novel too.

The ES 10 Long Exam # 2 results were given today, and I was so surprised to find out that I got a 96!! Finally, an A!! :) And I got the highest grade in my section, so even if there were certain things going through my mind that day, something still made my day.

A while ago, the ASEC had the farewell lunch for the Stanford University students. I did go there, and I had lunch with my buddy Sonia. I gave her a native bag (which she loved a lot!), and she gave me chocolates as a gift. She knows that I'm addicted to the sweet. I'm surely gonna miss her, just like how I miss Maki (my Nanzan University buddy).

Tomorrow two things would happen:
1. My sister is taking her ACET exam tomorrow morning
2. Leo's gonna have her debut party (even if it won't be her birthday till Sept. 26)

Gah. Makati's quite far from where I live, but I'll be going to her debut. After all, she did go to my own debut (despite the fact that she lives far from where I held my debut party) and I'm a part of the 18 treasures too. I just hope a lot of people from the block would be able to make it. Too bad that a certain *ahem* someone special to Leo can't make it for one reason or another. (^_^)

I just learned the news that Baroque has disbanded already.

Like wtf? It's really frustrating to hear that a band would disband almost right after the release of their first album.

Baroque was a great band, and now their gone. Sheesh. They're gonna hold a final live soon.
And I hate watching those things. The last "final live" I saw was LUNA SEA's final act video, and that thing made me depressed for a week or two. Even during the second and third time I watched it.

Oh well. I just hope I won't be hearing any news about bands "disbanding" anytime soon, like for the next few years or so...

Okay, so after spending a whole lot of my time pondering (aka wasting my time thinking of worthless things) about stuff, I finally decided that I'm giving up my fandom on VK Artists. I'm still gonna listen to them, but I'm not gonna be a die-hard fan any longer. Instead, I'm gonna concentrate on the artists I have really learned to love a lot, which happens to be GLAY. Well, Dir en Grey can still be considered VK, but I'm still considering myself as a die-hard fan.

What I'm including in my VK category would be: Vidoll, Blood, Moi dix Mois (gomen ne but I never really did get to like them), Madeth Gray'll, MUCC, gazette. Another exception would be probabbly Kagrra and Miyavi, but still, I won't be listening to them that much anymore or collecting their stuff as much as I did before.

Right now my only goal is to be able to complete the whole GLAY discography and the like. At least that's for my Jrock fandom.

I'm beginning to develop a liking for OPM the past few months, but only towards certain artists. Rivermaya is one of the bands that got me to like OPM once more. There was a point in time that I didn't like what was happening to the OPM industry that I didn't listen much to it. So those talent search shows were able to do some good after all. I have to admit it, the rise of Sarah Geronimo, Erik Santos, Christian Bautista shed some light to the industry once more, and more Filipino artists are producing QUALITY music now.

As for other things, I was able to place the links of the Fanlistings I have joined here in my blog. Hopefully, that list would increase in the future. Actually, I have joined tons of it before, but now I can't keep track of them any longer. These FLs are the only things I remembered, so that's why they're the ones there right now.

stress and the things it does to me

I can't believe it, but I managed to waste my whole Saturday doing absolutely nothing! I was already sick, didn't get up until 11:30 AM feeling like shit. I didn't get out of my room until it was time for me to eat, to take a quick shower, to eat and finally to check my email online. I was really hoping to make my Saturday a productive day, but I guess stress caught up with me, and so I had to spend the day bumming around. I did get to watch some TV, I watched the ADMU vs. FEU game (in which we lost), BeatMotion on NHK and Kingdom Hospital. If I wasn't doing anything else, I was probabbly sleeping or just plainly staring at my ceiling. I tried to force myself to get up, study a little of Math or continue reading for my research paper, but all attempts ended in vain.

I woke up quite late again today. I usually wake up at around 7:00 AM during sundays, but now I woke up at 8:45. I had to do some catching up with some stuff, like updating the GLAY Fanbook Project, checking on my Friendster account, checking my email, reading blog entries of my friends (both in Ateneo and from Assumption Antipolo). Now my mom is calling me downstairs to help her cook. I'm in no mood once again to do anything today, but I know I have to be able to accomplish something or else I know I'll end up regretting it by the time I do my cramming this week. I still have to attend Leo's debut this weekend, and bring Sonia to the airport too. Hell, I'm not so sure how I'm going to do all of those things in one Saturday.

I never felt so stressed before in my entire life, probabbly this is the reason why I get so sick often. But still, I'm happy that there are still some things that help me get by everyday, like the cheer-ups I get from friends. I know I can't avoid stress forever, I just have to find a good way to cope with it. Drinking coffee, btw is NOT in my option. Drinking coffee when I'm stressed is definitely NOT A GOOD COMBINATION. Don't ask why.

isang "masayang" araw

Fridays have been normally been unlucky for me. Ewan ko ba kung bakit, pero today as in sobra, ibang-iba siya! This has definitely been one of the best days I've had so far.

Start tayo from early morning. Actually hindi maganda ung simula ng araw ko, kasi sobrang aga akong ginising ng mom ko, kasi hindi dad ko sasama sa akin para pumunta ng school. 3:30 AM na nakauwi ang dad ko, and pagod na pagod siya dahil dalawang magkasunod na operations ginawa niya, so baka mabangga lang siya pag-uwi. 4:20 AM ginising na ko, and by 5:15 AM nakaalis na ako ng bahay. 5:35 nasa Ateneo na ako, and as in parang gabi pa yung atmosphere dun. Wala pa talagang tao sa may CTC, sa kahit saan! May iilan lang mga nag jo-jogging sa tabi tabi.

7:30 AM till 9:30 AM I had my dose of Eng 11 and Eng 13 (sobrang boring talaga ng lit pag minsan, puro report na lang kasi eh, and not to mention na wala na talaga halos nagpaparticipate sa mga discussions dahil nawalan na ng gana ang mga blockmates ko din). Never naman akong na-bore sa Eng 11 kasi astig talaga si Sir Mark magturo! Gusto ko yung style niya, para sa akin effective siyang mag-turo sobra. Kay Ms. Sideco naman wala akong problema, I mean kung titignan mo swerte na yung block namin sa dalwang profs namin for English. Medyo boring na nga lang siyang magturo pag minsan.

10:30 AM - ES 10 Long Exam # 2. This exam... Tuesday pa lang nagsimula na akong mag-aral para dito! Ang haba kasi ng coverage, pero okay naman yung scope ng exam. Di siya madali, pero hindi siya mahirap, tamang-tama lang. Nakita ko na rin sa wakas yung grade ko sa Long Exam # 1, and it was a 90. 2 points short para A na yung grade ko. 90 kasi is only B+. Hopefully makakuha ulit ako ng ganung grade this time para ma-exempt na ako sa Finals (laking ginhawa nun sa buhay sobra).

11:30 AM - Fil 11. Nung una nag-evaluate lang kami ng prof namin, and for the first time ever I actually took the time in thinking about what to write sa evaluation sheet. Palibhasa dati puro bara-bara lang ang sinusulat ko dun (remembering the high school days na kada quarter may evaluation). Nag-report din ang 2 pang groups to discuss the same short story. Napabilib na talaga ako kay Nikki nung siya ay nagreport. Astig yung mga analogy na naiisip niya. And I admire the way he can carry himself. No wonder siya ang batch rep ng FYC.

12:30 PM - Ang block picnic... sa may Kostka benches. Dapat nga dun kami sa may Zen Garden (nakalatag na nga yung banig) pero kaasar at nun pa bumuhos ang ulan. So alis kami dun and went to the nearest place... yung bench sa tapat ng OAA sa may Kostka! Dun na lang kami naglatag ng banig at kumain. Sumama din samin si Jonathan, at sobra talagang pang-asar ang ginawa sa amin ng aking minamahal na blockmates (lalu na si Jho).

1:30 PM - INTACT na sa Bellarmine, at sumama si Jonathan sa amin sa class! Magkakilala pa pala sila ni Ate Wena din. Hinatid niya ako sa may Bellarmine kasi wala akong payong. Akala siguro ng mga blockmates ko na hindi ko na naririnig yung mga hirit na tinitira nila sa akin. :) Pero happy pa rin ako. Alam nyo na kung bakit.. Medyo nahilo lang ako dahil palipat-lipat sa init at lamig buong araw... kaasar talaga yung weather.

2:30 PM - Tapos na INTACT, and uuwi na ko. Sinamahan ko muna si Jonathan sa may Caf kasi bumili siya ng drink, then may mineet ako na friend sa tapat ng Chapel. Pagkatapos nun, dumating na mom ko and umalis na kami.

After non, punta kaming Brick Road and kumain sa may Friday's. Punta din kaming Sta Lucia at bumili ng damit na isusuot sa debut ni Leo. Dapat nga bibili ako ng CD ng RiverMaya kaso nga lang sobrang sama na ng pakiramdam ko pati ng mom ko (pagod na siya eh) so hindi na ko nakadaan ng record store. Nakiusap na lang ako kay Leo na bilhan ako kasi nga ang alam ko nasa G4 siya.

Pag-uwi ko ayun, online ako Y!M and kausap ko sina Yukari at Jonathan (pero umalis na siya kasi kakain pa sila and manonood ata ng movie). Ngayon kami na lang ni Yukari ang natitirang online :) Nakakapagod man yung araw, masaya pa rin siya para sakin. Medyo masama nga lang pakiramdam ko... haay nako.. feeling ko lang talaga maya maya lang or bukas may sinat na ako. May sipon na ko, may sore throat pa ako, lalagnatin pa. Pero kailangan kong pagaling, para makapagsurvey kami nina Leo and JP bukas! :)

sobrang nakakafrustrate na toh..

So eto nanaman ako, at naguguluhan na talaga ako about *ahem*, a certain "someone". Most of my friends know kung sino na yung tinutukoy ko, so I won't write down his name anymore here. Bakit ako na fru-frustrate? Hindi ko na kasi siya maintindihan, minsan sobrang sweet niya and sobrang perfect, minsan naman sobrang iniisip ko na kung ano nga ba ang nakita ko sa kaniya at ganun ko na lang siya ka-crush. Nung unang mga weeks sobrang nasa "alapaap" talaga ang feeling at ang daming mga stuff na hindi ko nagagawa before ang nagagawa ko dahil lang sa kaniya. I'm confused nga 'coz he's sending these "mixed signals" na hindi ko alam kung na o-over interpret ko lang or talagang may meaning ung mga yun. I've confided to a lot of people na both guys and girls, and iisa lang yung assumptions na binitawan nila. Nung una may mga doubts pa eh, pero ngayon iisa na lang sinasabi nilang lahat sa akin.

Hindi naman sa nanghihinayang ako, pero hindi ko na alam kung ano nga ba dapat kong gawin. Tinanong nga ako ng friend ko kanina kung mahal ko na siya... hindi ko naman masagot ng matino yung sagot niya. I guess kahit ako nalilito pa rin talaga sa nararamdaman ko. I'm sure na hindi lang to infatuation, I've been through that before na eh. Maybe they're right na I should just let time take its course, and just go with the flow. Pero I'm not the type of a person to do that, I'm more like of the Seize the day! Carpe Diem! type of person. May nagsuggest nga na sabihin ko na lang sa kanya, pero siyempre nag-aalangan din ako. Unang una whatever he would tell me, kung merun man or hindi nga, it would affect the samahan we have. Baka masira, eh ayaw kong mangyari yun. Ang dami pang risks. Haay.. I've been reading through love stories such as these and I get so pissed off when the girl refuses to confide her feelings and when she had the guts to do it na, it was already too late. Now I'm starting to realize that it's not just as easy as I thought it would be. Hindi ko naman talaga kasi inakala na mangyayari to sa akin eh. Buhay nga naman... hindi talaga maintindihan...
